The House of Games is a family party game based on the hit BBC TV show hosted by Richard Osman. It’s the ultimate test of knowledge and skill. Enjoy some of your favourite challenges from the show in the comfort of your own home. Pair up to tackle some trivia or face off against each other in the iconic Answer Smash.
Before you play, grab a pen and paper to create a scoreboard. Place four game selector cards in the sleeve - no peeking! Place the buzzer and game decks within easy reach and you’re ready to go!
The host reveals the top card in the Game Selector sleeve to see which game will be played. Players buzz in to answer. If it’s a team game, you’ll still earn individual points!
After three cards of one game have been played, move on to the next game!
The final game is Answer Smash. Draw three Answer Smash cards and place them into the Game Selector sleeve. Combine the picture with the answer to the trivia question to create the answer! Players buzz in to get the answer but if they get it wrong, they lose one point!
After three answer smash cards have been played, the game is over! Total up the scores and the winner is awarded the House of Games trophy!
