Kariba is a lightning-fast card game set in the savanna where it’s the survival of the fittest. All the animals want to be the first to drink but beware! The elephant scares the rhino, and the rhino scares the mouse. But the mouse scares the elephant!
How to play
On your turn, complete the following actions:
1) Play one or several cards of the same animal from your hand and place them in the corresponding position around the waterhole.
2) If there are 3 or more of the same animal that you just played with, this animal chases away the closest weaker animal (weaker = lower number). Take all of that animal’s cards from the waterhole and place them face down in front of you.
3) Refill your hand.
When the draw pile becomes empty, you continue playing but no longer refresh your hand. The game then ends as soon as someone plays the last card from their hand and has finished their turn. Everyone counts the number of cards in their stack.
The player with the most cards at the end wins the game.
